Summer Camp Exhibition / Potluck / 10.21.2021
This is the culmination of the work residents completed in the Summer Camp Residency
hosted by the Marion Nicoll Gallery.
Ten artists gathered virtually through out the summer; creating relationships and community while hanging out in a relaxed space with their peers. There were many discussions about food, culture and making, and this is where the theme of potluck came about in the exhibition. We acknowledge the care and tenderness that comes from participating in communities and being with others. All of the residents then brought their work to the potluck, ready to share and celebrate together.
